AXA Life Insurance is upgrading the definitions by which claims are paid for all policy holders that took out a:

  • Life Insurance Policy
  • Total & Permanent Disability Insurance Policy and
  • Trauma Insurance Policy

Between the years 1994 and 2005. This will ensure all clients are treated equally and fairly by AXA Life Insurance. This improvement will be provided at no extra cost. Should however an existing older definition be more beneficially for the client then AXA will ensure the client receives the best outcome at claim time. AXA are excepting their claims to increase although the overall changes are designed to decrease policies lapses.

Other improvements included are as follows:

Removed payment limit for terminal illness

Increased definition for benign tumors

Us advisers didn’t miss out either we can access AXA systems so we can see what Life Insurance definition applies to policy holders.
